New Personalized Items
We are in the process of receiving some new personalized items at the store. In the past, Ganz has offered personalized name tags that were only in a silver tone. Now, color has been added, and we have updated our spinner with many new tags. Here is just a sample.
We are in the process of expanding our Evergreen flags with monograms. We do not have a full set as of yet, but are working on it. To start, we have brought in the four most popular initials-B,C, S, and W. Check with us on the availability of your initial. These flags are priced somewhat higher than the normal garden flag due to the fact that they are double sided so they can be viewed from front and back.

Thank You, Ornament Collectors!
Today marked Ornament Premiere 2009 and we had a wonderful day talking to collectors of all kinds from Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) members to new collectors. We even had a call from one of our regular customers who was on a cruise in Alaska asking us to put away her ornaments until she returned! Wow! Our collectors will go to any length to be one of the first to purchase their favorites on Premiere Day!
There are a number of limited quantity ornaments to be had. Already the Ruby Slippers from The Wizard of Oz has sold out. If you are interested in the limited quantity ornaments, you must come in soon as they cannot be reordered.
Our very first customer of the day was Connie who was assisted by associates Elizabeth and Vicki. Connie just happened to be our very first customer when we moved to the Town Center in March, 2008. She is a very loyal KOC member who specializes in Barbie collectables. She shared the fact that she enjoys her Barbie collection all year long by displaying them in a special curio cabinet. Pretty soon she is going to have to ask her husband John for another display case! This is the 50th year for Barbie, and there are many ornaments for a serious Barbie collector lilke Connie to consider. More Barbie's are due out later this fall.
Another loyal KOC collector in today was Gloria. Gloria has collected several series over the years. She is starting a new series for her son since he completed a series last year. She also collects ornaments for family members to mark special occasions in their lives. Here she is examining one of the new Magic ornaments called Snowman Band that plays a complete Christmas song. It has three buttons -one for each snowman's instruments-to push as the song plays and a new instrurent is added to the song. Gloria wants her husband Bryan to know that she enjoyed shopping with us very much and found quite a few ornaments that looked so much nicer in person that in the catalog!
If you missed coming in today, Ornament Premeire 2009 continues Sunday, July 12.
